WELCOME TO KILRONAN SCHOOL

46 Ballyronan Road, Magherafelt, Co Londonderry, N Ireland, BT45 6EB

Kilronan School, Northern Ireland

Kilronan is a controlled co-educational interdenominational Special School for up to 80 pupils with severe and/or profound learning difficulties from age 3-19 years.

The main focus of the school is to provide each pupil with the fullest opportunities to develop as an individual.

The school strives to provide a happy, stimulating and secure environment in which learning can be an enjoyable experience.

School is not merely preparation for life but is a major part of each child's life.

The children have access to a wide range of interactive and highly motivating learning opportunities. Each child has an Individual Education Plan, which covers all areas of the curriculum, from those in the Pre-School Classes, right through to those in Key Stage 4 and beyond.   n>

As a staff, we developed the new vision, aims and motto for our school and strongly agree that at Kilronan, we are indeed 'Learning, Growing and Achieving Together'.
